1. Description of Service
CareerToolkit.in provides a suite of AI-powered career tools, including but not limited to, a Resume Builder, ATS Score Checker, Interview Preparation tool, and a Cover Letter Generator (collectively, the “Tools”). The purpose of these tools is to assist users in their job application and career development process. The services are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
2. Payments and Refunds
Certain features of the Service require a payment. We use a third-party payment processor (Razorpay) to bill you. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to these Terms.
All payments are for a single use of a specific AI-powered feature. Due to the nature of the digital service provided, all payments made to CareerToolkit.in are non-refundable. Once a service (e.g., a generation or an analysis) has been initiated after payment, we cannot offer a refund.
3. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the information you provide to our Tools, including personal details, resume content, job descriptions, and any other data (“User Content”). You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use your User Content.
We do not store your User Content on our servers. All information you enter is processed in real-time and is not retained after you close your session. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
4. Use of AI
Our tools use artificial intelligence (AI) models to generate content and provide analysis. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful results, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases.
- The output provided by the AI is for suggestion and guidance purposes only. It is your responsibility to review, edit, and verify all generated content for accuracy and appropriateness before use.
- CareerToolkit.in is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content in your job applications or professional life.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate CareerToolkit.in, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm CareerToolkit.in or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. CareerToolkit.in makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service, or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CareerToolkit.in, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
