Thank you for purchasing our career tools and services at CareerToolkit.in. We are committed to ensuring a positive experience. As our products are digital, non-tangible goods, our refund policy is designed to address specific issues related to product delivery and access.

1 Digital Products and Services

The services provided by CareerToolkit.in, including but not limited to the Resume Builder, ATS Score Checker, Interview Preparation content, and Cover Letter Generator, are digital, instant-access, and non-tangible. Once the service has been successfully rendered, or the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered consumed.

2 Eligibility for Refunds

We only offer refunds under the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charge: If you were charged more than once for the same product or service within a single transaction window.
  • Non-Delivery/Major Technical Failure: If you paid for a product or service but did not receive access to it due to a technical error on our part, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of notification.
Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date to be considered.

3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot issue refunds for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after purchase, or if you purchased the wrong product.
  • Dissatisfaction with Results: For tools like the ATS Score Checker, a refund will not be issued based on the perceived quality or score provided by the tool. The tool provides an analysis based on the input, and the result is subjective to the content provided.
  • Lack of Technical Compatibility: Failure to use the service due to an issue with your specific computer, software, or internet connection (unless the issue is directly attributable to the CareerToolkit.in platform).
  • Successful Usage: If you have successfully accessed and used the tool (e.g., downloaded a resume, generated content).

4 Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to admin@careertoolkit.in with the subject line: “REFUND REQUEST – [Your Name]”.
  2. Include your purchase order number (if applicable) and the date of purchase.
  3. Clearly describe the reason for your refund request, referencing one of the eligible criteria listed in Section 2.

We will review your request and typically respond within 10 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment processor’s policy.
